Anny is an expert in developing new fine tasting foods and drinks and improving your existing ones. Use Anny's skills to put your company on track for healthy quality products, with great texture and flavour, good shelf life and at an attractive price. Adecron's services are backed up by Anny's triple award winning experience in food product development since 1981 and will be completely Confidential. We provide "hands-on" complete R&D food product development from start to finish.

Anny has her own development laboratory set up or she can work at your location. We help with the crucial initial feasibility studies to make sure that your hard earned money only goes towards ideas that have the potential to fly. We check the realities around production and packaging early on to avoid unpleasant surprises later. We also making sure that the legal (approved ingredients, possible label claims, allergens etc) and cost aspects get attended to.

Further on in the project Anny will (help) run your factory trials, boots and all, to ensure that the bench formulations get translated well to the production environment. We can help you bring your dream concept through to the reality of a finished food product for sale.

Anny also sorts out all your ingredient and nutrition labelling information and is very experienced in proofing that nitty gritty detail at the label design stage for foods, sports foods and dietary supplements.

Recent projects for Anny's clients have ventured outside traditional food and dairy science and technology areas, for instance on the use of nutraceutical compounds and botanical extracts in foods. Other clients have benefited from Anny's expertise in working with flavours and textures of food in the formulation of sport foods and dietary supplements.

Anny also has a keen interest in the use of food technology software and you can find her overviews and critical reviews in the Food NZ Journal on a regular basis.
